Cap and Trade will cost you money.  Installing solar panels and adding insulation come with a huge upfront cost.  It is a fact.  Whenever you try to do the right thing for the enviornment it ends up costing you money.

But you can still do the right thing and save money at the same time.  Purchasing used office furniture keeps existing product out of the land fills.  At times I drive buy commercial buildings and find 40 yd containers the size of a bus loaded with office furniture.  What a shame.  I try to buy surplus furniture before the demolition crew comes in.  Then I sell it to you, the educated consumer at up to 80% off the cost of the same item brand new.
